Registering an account
Registering with BigBrotherBingo.com couldn’t be easier, simply click on the register now button on the homepage and fill in the required fields with your personal details.
Remember to make a note of your playing name and password as you will need these to log back in again in the future!
Once you’ve finished entering your details and confirmed you have read the terms and conditions click on the ‘submit registration’ button at the bottom of the page. You’ll then automatically be logged in to your account.
Logging back in
When returning to bigbrotherbingo.com you will need to log back in again before play can begin. To do this simply enter your ‘username’ and ‘password’ in the required fields to the top right of the page and click on the ‘login’ button.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password then click on the ‘forgot your password?’ option under the login section. From here you will be able to enter the email address that you registered with and we will email you your login details.
Changing Personal Details
To edit the details you entered when you registered, simply log in to your account and click on the ‘details’ option on the right of the ‘My Room’ page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Modify’ button.
From here you will be able to change any of your details before confirming the changes by clicking on the ‘submit’ button at the bottom of the page.
Closing and Reopening an account
If for any reason you decide to close your Big Brother Bingo account, you can do this by calling our support team who will be happy to assist you. Any available cash funds you have in your account at that time, will be refunded back to you .
To re-open your account simply call the support team with the log in details of the account and this will be re-activated for you.
Self-Exclusion Periods
If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour you can request a self-exclusion for 6 months or a cooling off period for one day, a few weeks or up to 3 months. During these periods your account will be blocked and you will not be able to open any new accounts. Any winnings during this period will be nulled and void.
To activate a self exclusion or cooling off period simply contact our support team who will be happy to set this up. Once this period has ended you can re-activate your account by calling our support team.

To deposit money or to make a withdrawal on bigbrotherbingo.com you will first need to log into your account. Once logged in click on the ‘My Room’ tab at the top of the page.
From here click on the silver briefcase with the word ‘Cashier’ written on it and this will open up a new menu with a list of options on the left hand side.
Alternatively, if you are in the lobby you can click the bank tab in the bottom left hand corner.
Deposits
To deposit money into your account, once the ‘Cashier’ is open click on the deposit tab on the left hand side.
You will then see an option to ‘register a new payment method’ – click on this to enter your chosen payment method.
Select the payment method you would like to use, for example Visa or ukash, then carefully enter the details requested on the following screen.
Once you are happy with these, click the submit button at the bottom of the page & your details will be saved.
You can register up to 5 different payment methods at any time, so when you return you just need to select the payment method you want to use for that transaction.
To select a payment method make sure the circle is highlighted to the left of the text and then select the amount you would like to deposit from the options below.
If an amount is non-selectable this is because you have a deposit limit - you can change your limits by clicking on the ‘Deposit Limits’ option in the menu.
The next step will be to enter a promotional code if you have one. If not, just leave this area blank.
Finally click on the ‘deposit’ option to add the funds to your account - depending on the payment method chosen, funds will usually be appear in your account immediately.
Withdrawals
To make a withdrawal select the withdrawal option to the left of the screen whilst in the ‘cashier’.
You will then see how much money you have available and you can enter the amount you would like to withdraw in the box at the bottom of the page. The minimum amount you can withdraw at any time is £10.00 and you must have deposited and wagered at least £20 once or more to qualify for a withdrawal.
Once you are happy with the amount entered, click the submit button at the bottom of the page – processing may take several seconds and then a confirmation will appear.
In the confirmation you will be advised how many days the withdrawal should take to appear in your account and how many withdrawals you have left for that day. You can make up to 10 withdrawals a day.
A withdrawal can be reversed and added back into your account within 2 days of requesting the withdrawal. Simply click on reverse option on the menu and make sure the amount you would like to reverse is highlighted, then click submit.
Balances
You can check your balance on the left hand side of the ‘My Room’ screen at any time. Your balance is broken down to show your ‘real balance’ ‘bonus balance’ and your ‘total balance’
Transactions
For a more detailed breakdown of all the transactions in and out of your account click on the ‘Transactions’ option on the ‘my room’ screen

To enter the gaming lobby first make sure you are logged into your account and then click on the “Play Now” button either on the right of the homepage or on the “My Room” page. The BigBrotherBingo lobby will then open in a new pop-up screen
At the top of the screen you will see information about your account including your available balance to play with. If you need to add more funds click on the “Banking” button beneath your balance or click on the “Bank” tab at the bottom left hand corner of the screen - both options will open your Cashier window.
At the bottom of the screen you will see a range of tabs, each of which contains a different variety of exciting games for you to play – and of course, for a bit of fun, they relate to a different room in the real Big Brother House!
Different Lobbies & Games
Above the names of each tab you will see the types of games they contain such as “Penny Bingo” “Prebuys” “Specials” and “Instant Games etc” Once you’ve chosen the tab you would like to play in click on it & you will see all the games that are available to play, as well as detailed information about the games.
The information panels show the name of the game, the card price, how many players are currently playing, the jackpot amount, the type of game and when the next game will begin.
Some games will only at certain times or dates – these are called prebuys. With these games you can buy your cards now and they will automatically play with the game, whether you’re on or offline.
Penny Bingo, More Bingo, Specials and Joy of Bingo
In these tabs you will find a selection of 75 Ball, 90 Ball & 5 line Bingo rooms, which include FREE games, penny games and big jackpot games. Once in a tab, simply click on the game room you want to play in and you will be taken into the room to join the game.
On the game screen you can see the balance you have available to play with in the top right corner, if you need to add additional funds then click on the “Cashier” case to bring up the “Cashier” menu.
The game screen contains all the information you need before the game begins, including the amount of players playing and the available jackpot. To purchase your bingo cards you can either select them individually or choose the “Auto Select Strips” option – the minimum & maximum cards you can play in each game can be found in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
Once you have chosen your cards select the “Buy Selected Cards” option and you are ready to begin playing BigBrotherBingo!

Welcome bonuses
Once you register with Big Brother Bingo you will have two welcome bonuses, which allow you to play with free cash!
